Free Delivery
We will arrange FREE mainland UK delivery of your car to your home or office during normal business hours.
A charge might apply if you live outside the mainland UK or request out of hours delivery; just let us know your postcode and we can arrange a quote.
Part Exchange
Before we collect your part-exchange you must disclose any debt (such as outstanding Hire Purchase) so we can arrange it to be repaid.
You must provide all documentation such as V5C, MOT, tax disc, as well as its owners manual with service history and spare keys. Any shortages from the above list will be charged for at normal rates. Any known faults, especially those which might affect its ability to drive properly must be disclosed to us in advance. We reserve the right to charge for any undisclosed faults.
Delivery Condition
We invite you to make a thorough inspection of your new car as we deliver it to you. We cannot be held responsible for any damage which occurs or is noted after delivery has taken place.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in these conditions shall affect your statutory rights.

We are committed to acknowledging your complaint within 48 hours of receipt and undertaking all reasonable efforts to resolving it promptly under the circumstances. We will provide you with a time scale for resolving the dispute and keep you regularly updated with respect to our progress.
